CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on phone followed by a written confirmation via email. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as ‘Cancellation Request’.
2. If cancellation done prior to 15 days of outing 100% will be refunded.
3. If done prior to 10 days of outing 80% will be refunded.
4. After that if you cancel 48 hours prior Still Refund will be managed depending on subject to situation
5. within 48 hours cancellation zero refund
5. If Entire event cancelled by us, then refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of informing to the customer about cancellation of event, subject to terms and condition
6. if event got cancelled due to natural disaster, refund won’t be process
5. Refunds initiated will be credited to the account/card from where the transaction had initiated.
6. Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation Charges and service charge and both will be settled within 7 to 10 days of the day of cancellation request approved by Tripchilly
